Pure mct oil coconut oil is a mixture of triglycerides that provide energy and are little stored as fat.
Intake mode
It is recommended to take in your drinks, salty or shakes. On day 1-7: Take 5 ml. From day 7: Take 15 ml 3 or 4 times.
