Description
Organic capers in vinegar from the Bio organica brand. The caper tree has been known since ancient times to cure problems with the spleen, stomach, sciatica and menstruation. The Greeks and Romans who appreciated it very much, used it for its medicinal virtues, in particular in the form of a decoction, commonly used to disinfect wounds as well as ulcers. They also exploited the bark of the caper tree, which they considered diuretic, tonic, astringent and antispasmodic. They used it to treat certain paralysis as well as depressive and hysterical states. Some even attributed to it aphrodisiac virtues.
