Description
Casa Amella's Sugar Free Bio Sofrito is made with fresh organic tomatoes and onions from local farmers, crushed and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. The elaboration process is handmade: the ingredients are steamed, thus preserving their flavor and smell to the maximum and keeping nutrients better.
Intake mode
It is recommended to open and use as a base for numerous recipes: sauces, paellas, stews, stews, legumes, etc.
Storage conditions
You don't need cold. Store at room temperature. Store refrigerated between (+2oC, +4oC) after opening. Consume within 3 days after opening.

Fresh tomato variety Pera* (89%), onion* (9%). Arbequina extra virgin olive oil*(1.7%) and sea salt (0.3%).
