Indication

Commercial mayonnaise is a food rich in vitamin K since 100 g. of this sauce contain 81 ug. of vitamin K. This food also has a high amount of vitamin E. The amount of vitamin E it has is 15.50 mg per 100 g.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use to accompany and flavor any recipe: dressing for salads, sandwiches, etc.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator.
