Description
Elsa Nero tomato puree is made from long-stemmed tomatoes, which include Coimbra, Ercole and other varieties grown by around 25 farms in the Po Delta, between the provinces of Ferrara and Ravenna.
Indication
The tomato varieties we have chosen to make our range of ready-to-use sauces are characterized by a firm and well-structured pulp and a sweet and delicate flavor.
The tomatoes, harvested in July, August and September at the appropriate level of maturity, are processed on average to preserve flavors, aromas and nutritional properties. After washing and sorting, the peel is removed from the tomatoes with steam, only then the tomatoes are crumbled, pureed and concentrated. The product is brought to high temperatures, bottled and pasteurized to ensure stability over time.
From the field to processing, the organoleptic qualities of the tomato are continuously checked and verified to offer you the best possible flavor.
Intake mode
It is recommended to consume within 3-4 days after opening.
Storage conditions
Keep refrigerated after opening.
