Description
Black, white and pink... This organic and fair trade three pepper blend includes a grinder with two grind types to choose from: crushed or fine.
Indication
Black pepper and white pepper come from the same plant: a long vine that wraps around a host tree without suffocating it.
Black pepper is a harvested green pepper that has been dried in the sun.
The producers turn it periodically for 5 to 7 days so that it dries well on its entire surface. For its part, white pepper is a “naked” pepper, without the skin of the fruit, which is removed before drying. Glass jar.
Pink berries, for their part, do not belong to the same family: they grow on a tree that can reach 3 to 10 meters.
Fair trade certificate Symbol of Peasant Producers (100% of the total weight). This seal guarantees fair trade focused exclusively on small agriculture. It belongs to fair trade producers. Packaged in our workshop in Gers.
