    I have hydrated them and macerated them in oil and I notice a little acidity in them... I will do more tests since I like that they are organic and have just the right amount of salt.

Description

Indication

Collected exclusively by hand and processed a few hours after harvest, they allow you to savor the unmistakable flavor of fresh tomatoes, seasoned according to the ancient Apulian recipe.

Intake mode

It is recommended to consume as an aperitif or as a condiment for salads, bruschetta, pizzas, first and second courses based on meat or fish.

Precautions

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume preferably within 10 days.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature and away from heat sources.
