Description
Fermented seitan and accompanied by a curry sauce made with soy drink. Seitan is a product derived from wheat and is an alternative to meat consumption. Due to its texture, flavor and consistency, it is known as vegetable meat.
Indication
It supports practically any cooking method: grilled, stewed, battered, fried or as a base to prepare meatballs or fillings. Its versatility and flavor make it an essential in the shopping basket.
