Ideal for my anti-inflammatory diet, buckwheat is not "wheat" and therefore gluten-free. The flavor is rich. I also like the crunchiness and lightness of the toast.

They are not wonderful because they taste a bit like cardboard, but they are good if you can't eat gluten ;) The good thing is that they are very versatile, you can use them with everything.

No son una maravilla porque saben un poco a cartón, pero están bien si no puedes comer gluten ;) Lo bueno es que son muy versátiles, las puedes usar con todo.
