Description

Santiveri's Organic Light Oatmeal Toast contains approximately three times fewer calories than a slice of normal bread, and is much more than a healthy snack. These toasts are crunchy, light, with a mild flavor and as versatile as you want, because you can accompany them with sweet or salty creams, use them for dipping and of course, cover them with whatever you like the most to prepare rich and original canapes.

Indication

Organic seeds and cereals are the main ingredients of Santiveri's Organic Light Toasts, so on a nutritional level they would be equivalent to bread, that is, they are a food rich in slowly absorbed complex carbohydrates and low in fat. But it is their preparation that turns them into low-calorie and super crunchy toasts. And these Santiveri Organic Light Toasts are prepared by extruding the grains following the same process that we use when we prepare popcorn at home. Only in this case Santiveri uses buckwheat, oats, wheat, quinoa,... Thanks to that, their light toasts become very very light (they weigh very little) with less than 20 kcal per toast.

It is recommended to accompany sweet or savory creams, ideal for preparing rich and original canapés.
