Description
Tender and tasty fresh sliced bread with protein (24% protein) and low carbohydrate content (80% less compared to the average bread on the market). Made with a mixture of cereals and seeds, it is rich in fiber and does not contain added sugars. An ideal bread for extra nutritious breakfasts and snacks.

May contain traces of Milk and its derivatives, including Lactose, Egg and egg-based products, Nuts, Mustard and derivative products, Sulfur dioxide and sulphites in concentrations greater than 10mg/k or 10mg/L expressed as SO2 and Lupins and products based on lupins.
Contains Cereals containing gluten, Soy and soy-based products and Sesame seeds and sesame seed-based products.
Storage conditions
Keep in a cool and dry place. Close the container well after each use.

Bread mix [Protein mix (wheat protein, soy protein), whole wheat flour, soybean grits, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, soybean flour, wheat bran, apple fiber, sesame, salt, flour malted barley, emulsifier (soy lecithin), acidity regulator (sodium diacetate)], water, yeast, preservatives (calcium propionate and sorbic acid) and aroma. May contain sulphites, milk and its derivatives, eggs, lupins, fruits shell and mustard.
