Indication
They can replace bread and omelets in meals, snacks, and canapes. Ideal to accompany breakfast, lunch or dinner. They can be consumed alone or with sweets (jams, honey) or salty (pâtés, margarines, butter) etc. If the product softens, heat it in the microwave for a few seconds as this will restore its crisp texture. Corn pancakes, due to their lightness, high volume and low caloric value, are very useful in weight control diets, as a substitute for bread or omelette.
