Isotonic energy gel orange from Etixx is an isotonic drink based on a unique mixture of sugar consisting of high speed sugars (glucose and maltose), semi-slow sugars (sucrose) and slow sugars (complex sugars) with "Triple Action Effect " (triphasic sugars) that provide quick energy and at the same time provide sustained energy, over a long period of time.

Indication

Etixx Isotonic Energy Gel is ideal for endurance sports as well as strength training in hot weather and for athletes with high sweat rates.

It is the right Gel for all athletes who need to quickly replenish their energy and during prolonged exercises. Therefore, it is ideal to consume immediately before or during prolonged endurance sports, such as cycling, triathlon, trail running, or marathon.
It also contains added electrolytes and citrates and therefore its consumption is ideal in hot climates and when sweating rates are high. Additionally, it can also be useful for team sport athletes to consume during rest periods.

Intake mode

It is recommended to take along with 350 ml of water. 1 to 2 gels per hour of effort.
