Description

Total hydro whey protein (strawberry) from Gold Nutrition is a hydrolyzed protein from whey isolate, low in carbohydrates, fats and lactose and with a higher absorption rate compared to other types of proteins. Indication

Total Hydro Whey is a protein composed mainly of Optipep PRO 90, the hydrolyzed protein of whey isolate. It is a protein low in carbohydrates, fats and lactose and has advantages over other proteins due to its rapid absorption and easy digestion. The hydrolyzed protein is obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of the protein isolated from whey, allowing the contribution of high quality protein peptides. It is an easier protein to digest and with a higher absorption rate and therefore promotes faster muscle recovery after exercise, with greater stimulation of muscle protein synthesis, leading to greater muscle growth.

In addition, Total Hydro Whey contains low carbohydrate and fat content, therefore it favors the reduction of body fat, being the perfect ally for maximum definition with increased muscle mass.

Intake mode

It is recommended to take 1 serving per day (30g), before and/or after training, or with a snack as a complement to your protein intake. To prepare a serving, add a level measure (30g) to 200ml of water, shake well and serve. You can have up to 2 servings a day.
