Nutritional Yeast Flakes

Description

Pleasant tasting nutritional yeast flakes are produced from a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This yeast is grown in enriched and purified cane and beet molasses under carefully controlled conditions.

Indication

It has the following vitamins and minerals:
Iron: contributes to normal energy-producing metabolism, supports the immune system, and reduces tiredness and fatigue.
Niacin: helps the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Folate (folic acid)
Calcium: helps the normal function of digestive enzymes.
Potassium: contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
Riboflavin: helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
Vitamin B6: helps the normal functioning of the nervous system and contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen.
Vitamin B12: contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and helps the normal function of the immune system.

Intake mode

It is recommended to take 2 tablespoons daily mixed in milk, fruit juice or vegetable juice. It can also be used in vegetarian recipes or added to protein shakes to increase the nutritional content.

Precautions

Some natural variation in color may occur in this product. Manufactured in facilities that handle wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, and nuts.

Dry yeast, Niacin, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), Riboflavin, Thiamine hydrochloride (thiamine), Folic acid, Cobalamin (vitamin B12).

For 2 tablespoons:
Iron (0.5 mg), Thiamine (6 mg), Niacin (32 mg), Folate (675 µg), Calcium (6 mg), Potassium (180 mg), Riboflavin (6 mg), Vitamin B6 (6 mg) , Vitamin B12 (14 µg).
