Description
Muria's high mountain honey is a product made in the mountainous area of the serraladas of Catalonia and the Iberian Peninsula. It occurs in the summer.
Indication
This honey is amber to dark amber in color and has a floral aroma (sometimes with hints of fruit and humus).
Intake mode
Alone or dissolved in hot or cold drinks and as an ingredient in the preparation of all kinds of sauces, kitchen dishes, cosmetics and food preparations for the care of people and animals.
