Indication

It has an amber color, from light to dark. It has a floral, intense and persistent aroma. It has qualities recognized and used by remote human beings. Apart from being a sweetener, honey has beneficial properties. Excellent aroma of the Mediterranean to taste at the table.

Intake mode

It is recommended alone or dissolved in hot or cold drinks and as an ingredient in the preparation of all kinds of sauces, kitchen dishes, cosmetics and food preparations for the care of people and animals. It combines well with dairy products, fruits, directly on bread and in pastries, replacing sugar, in salad dressings, and meat and fish sauces.

Storage conditions
