Description
The Alemany Linden Honey is the one that comes from the nectar that the bees collect on the flower of this tree in spring or early summer. We call the tree linden and its flower and the infusion that is produced with its flowers.
Indication
Honey has many therapeutic properties. It can be used externally thanks to its antimicrobial and antiseptic properties, since it helps to heal and prevent infections in wounds and superficial burns. Thanks to its astringent and softening qualities, it is also used in cosmetics: creams, facial cleansing masks, tonics, etc. It is also a good natural preservative and an ally against aging, since it contains antioxidants that slow down the appearance of free radicals. Rich in vitamins, minerals and amino acids, honey is also a powerful antimicrobial agent that helps fight colds: a bowl of milk or a hot infusion with a tablespoon of honey is always a good remedy. Among the few minerals it contains, the most frequent are: calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, zinc, phosphorus and potassium. Almost half of the existing amino acids, organic acids (acetic and citric, among others) and vitamins of the B complex and vitamins C, D and E are also present.
