Indication
Erythritol is a compound belonging to the family of polyalcohols or alcoholic sugars (although it does not contain ethanol). It has a lower sweetening power than white sugar (approximately 30% less).
Intake mode
It is recommended to use according to the consumer's taste. 10 g of Erythritol is equivalent to 7 g of sugar. It can be used as a sweetener for drinks, infusions, etc. It can be diluted in cold, warm and hot drinks. In yogurts, ice creams, shakes, juices, lemonades. Storage conditions
