Schär Gluten-Free Lemon Pound Cake is a refreshingly moist and juicy cake, with rich lemon flavor to the last bite.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry, cool place and protected from light.

Ingredients

Egg*, sugar, vegetable oils in variable proportions (sunflower, palm), corn starch, rice flour, lemon preparation 3% (sugar, lemon pulp and juice 25%, glucose syrup, natural flavor), flour corn, rice starch, raising agents: monopotassium tartrate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; emulsifiers: sodium stearoyl lactylate, monoglycerides and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, fruit extract (carob, apple), thickener: xanthan gum; natural aroma.
