Manuka New Zealand has developed a unique high quality recipe based on isomalt and MGO 100+ manuka honey. For these confections, Manuka New Zealand uses 30% raw MGO 100+ single flower Manuka honey, the highest percentage of Manuka honey in a confection, typically containing just 8%.
Isomalt is a unique sugar substitute. Pleasantly sweet, easy on the teeth, low in calories and with a very low glycemic index. With its pleasant sweetness, Isomalt enhances subtle and fine flavors, such as Manuka honey. Its pure flavor never overlaps flavors but unleashes its full potential.
