Description

Organic dark chocolate tablet 87% cocoa (Nicaragua), from the Bosawás Nature Reserve. Specialty with a high percentage of cocoa with noble ingredients, without added sugars and without sweeteners.

Indication

Organic chocolate made with cocoa of the Trinitario variety. Its intensity is balanced with a diversity of aromas typical of cocoa, which are perceived thanks to the artisanal production.

Blanxart creates chocolates exclusively with cocoa from a single origin, to enhance the uniqueness of each of the recipes. Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of cocoa in small plantations, the traditional roasting over low heat in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar.

Storage conditions

It is recommended to store in a cool and dry place, between 15 and 18ºC. Given the qualities of the product, avoid, if possible, the refrigerator. Dark chocolate has a shelf life of 2 years from its manufacture.
