Description

Organic dark chocolate tablet 82% cocoa (Congo), collected in the Mountains of the Moon, in the tropical basin of the Congo. Specialty with a high percentage of cocoa with noble ingredients.

Indication

It stands out for its fine texture and aromatic notes. It is a fruity dark chocolate where notes of red fruits and citrus nuances stand out that combine perfectly with touches of coffee, wood and nuts. Made with fine cocoa of the Forastero variety.

Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of the cocoa in small plantations, the artisanal slow-roasting in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar.

Storage conditions

It is recommended to store in a cool and dry place, between 15 and 18ºC. Given the qualities of the product, avoid, if possible, the refrigerator. Dark chocolate has a shelf life of 2 years from its manufacture.
