Description

Dark chocolate tablet 95% cocoa (Guayaquil), from the Guayas Region. Specialty with a high percentage of cocoa, intense but aromatic, for those who seek the purest chocolate.

Indication

Made with fine cocoa of the Trinitario variety. Intense chocolate, balanced in all its nuances. Vegetable and earth notes are perceived that merge with a touch of orange.

Blanxart creates chocolates exclusively with single origin cocoa, to enhance the uniqueness of each of the recipes. Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of cocoa in small plantations, the artisanal slow-roasting in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar.

Tasting note: High, well-rounded percentage reveals a fusion of citrus notes, reminiscent of pineapple and orange, with hints of wood. Finish marked with spicy touches.

Intake mode

The following face order is recommended to enjoy the full personality of this tablet: Notice its color and brightness. Smell and detect the first nuances. Crack it open and hear a clean crack. Taste it and identify the aromas in full

Storage conditions

It is recommended to store in a cool and dry place, between 15 and 18ÂşC. Given the qualities of the product, avoid, if possible, the refrigerator. Dark chocolate has a shelf life of 2 years from its manufacture.
