The hazelnut cream is made from an exhaustive selection of the best hazelnuts (20%), sugar and glucose syrup. We do not put more additives because we believe that the best is the most natural: we simply transform and mix ingredients in their proper measure. Hazelnuts, which grow naturally in mountain areas, have been cultivated for many years in many areas of the Peninsula, but the Camp de Tarragona area is where this crop has spread the most; and Reus, headquarters of Almendrina, is considered the capital of the hazelnut. Thanks to this privileged situation and the wisdom accumulated over the years, we always work with hazelnuts of exceptional quality.

Hazelnuts are one of the fruits that enrich the Mediterranean diet, providing monounsaturated fatty acids such as Omega 3 and Omega 6 (which help regulate cholesterol), magnesium (which keeps teeth and bones strong and reduces anxiety and insomnia), potassium (which regulates blood pressure and protects the cardiovascular system), phosphorus (which provides physical and mental energy and improves memory), vitamin E (natural antioxidant), vitamins B6 and B9, calcium, iron, zinc...
