Description
This delicious tamari (soy sauce) is made from organic soy beans. An economical, gluten-free sauce that ferments for 9 months in Japan. Use it in marinades, soups and sauces.
Indication
This soy sauce is made by our experienced Japanese producer, from soy beans, koji (fermentation starter), shochu (rice-based sake distillate) and sea salt.
The ultimate goal is to balance the flavor of the sauce so that all five flavors come together.
This happens during the fermentation period, which lasts 9 months.
It is a very good and economical gluten-free sauce, which elevates all oriental and European dishes to a higher level.
Use it in marinades, dressings, soups (miso) and sauces.
Also try our tamari (fermented for 18 months).
