Description

The Ariete pizza oven will be the ally in the kitchen of all pizza lovers. The rapid cooking at high temperature makes it possible to replicate the same method used in wood-fired ovens and in just 4 minutes perfect cooking is achieved for homemade pizza, and 2 minutes for frozen pizza. Enjoying pizza at home has never been so quick and easy.

Indication

The product improves its performance with a high-quality refractory stone plate with a diameter of 32cm that allows cooking and/or heating pizza and focaccia at five cooking levels, up to a maximum temperature of 400 degrees.

The refractory stone is endowed with a transparent non- stick treatment that facilitates the cleaning of the stone, since residues and oil are not absorbed by the stone itself.

Intake mode

It is recommended that for optimal cooking of the pizza, preheat the oven at the highest temperature level for approximately 10 minutes.

• Frozen pizza:
  • Cook it for 2-3 minutes (in any case, stick to the times indicated on the packaging).
  • It is advisable to remove the pizza from the freezer 20-30 minutes before baking it (adhere to the instructions on the packaging anyway).
• Boxed pizza (to knead)
  • Cook it for 4-5 minutes.

Precautions

• Make sure that the electrical voltage of the device corresponds to that of your network
  electrical.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is connected to the mains; disconnect it after each use.
• Do not place the appliance on or near sources of heat.
• During use, place the appliance on a stable horizontal surface.
• Do not leave the device exposed to atmospheric agents (rain, sun, etc.).
• Check that the electric cable does not touch hot surfaces.
• Keep the product and its power cord away from children under 8 years of age.
• Never immerse the body of the product, the plug and the electric cable in water or other liquids, use a damp cloth to clean them.
• Even when the appliance is not in use, the plug must be disconnected from the electrical outlet before attaching or removing individual parts or before cleaning.
• Always ensure that your hands are dry before using or adjusting the switches located on the appliance or before touching the plug and power connections.

Storage conditions

Clean the oven only after making sure that it is disconnected from the mains
current and when completely cold.

• Remove any cooking residue with a spatula.
• Avoid using abrasive products or any other detergent.
• The refractory stone plate tends to darken with use and to accumulate stains and small cracks. This does not compromise the operation of the oven or the quality of cooking.
• Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth. The refractory stone plate can also be cleaned with a damp cloth.
