Intake mode

It is recommended that before using the appliance, prepare the pasta separately and pour it into a suitable container.

Plug the plug into the outlet. The power indicator light will come on. Turn the selector to the desired temperature. The indicator light will come on to indicate that the appliance is heating up. When the appliance has reached the set temperature and is ready to use, the indicator light will go off. The indicator light (A) will come on again when the temperature required for cooking drops.

Pour the previously prepared dough onto the griddle and, using the corresponding accessory, spread it perfectly so that it covers the entire surface. Pay attention not to exceed the amount to avoid possible overflow from the iron. For best results, pour a small amount of cooking oil on the cooking plate. This will help remove the crepe after cooking.

When the surface of the crepe is no longer runny, use the spatula to turn the crepe all the way around. When it is ready, according to your own tastes, remove the crepe using the spatula. Then you can make another crepe by repeating the operations described above, instead turn off the appliance by turning the selector to position “0” and disconnect the plug from the socket.

Storage conditions

Only clean the appliance with a damp cloth after having disconnected the plug from the socket and after it has cooled down completely.

Do not use detergents and/or abrasives to clean the iron. To clean the iron use only a damp cloth.

Store the appliance using the corresponding cable collection system.
