Description

Smart bread maker (standard) is the "smart" bread maker because it incorporates unique and special functions that differentiate it from existing bread makers on the market.

Its use is very simple and we do not get stuck in the predetermined programs, times and temperatures of other bread makers. It opens up a field of new possibilities, also allowing healthier preparations for all those who value longer fermentations (ideal in wholemeal and/or rye breads) and softer baking. And it becomes an unexpected proofer, as it has specific programs for very long fermentations, which allow you to make sourdough, yogurt and any fermented food that requires meticulous temperature control.

It incorporates new functions: proofer, temperature selection, stainless steel mold and blade, kneading speed selection.

Planner Features:

• Stainless steel mold and kneading blades.
• Fully configurable programs: you can cancel any phase of the programs (some bread makers do not allow you to cancel certain phases), you can choose time, temperature and even the speed of kneading (the only one on the market that allows these last two options).
• Configurable times: you can choose the duration of each phase. Allows longer durations, superior to other bread makers.
• Configurable temperature: you can choose the fermentation and baking temperature (the only one on the market with this function). You don't need the same temperature (or time) to bake an 800 g loaf as a 1600 g loaf or a sponge cake.
• Configurable speed (the only one on the market with this function): allows you to choose the speed of the kneading: 4 different speeds (high speed is ideal for dense doughs such as whole wheat dough or rye bread).
• Fermentation programs (the only one on the market with these programs): programs of up to 60 hours in which you can choose 3 temperature phases (between 20ºC and 100ºC, to make sourdough, yogurt, tempeh, knead, natto...). For this reason, at Conasi we say that Sana is really a baker-prover maker.
• Glass lids (new accessory in a bread maker): help keep the heat in and reduce baking time.
• Turn off key sounds and beeps: If you don't want the sounds to bother you, you can turn them off (the only one with this feature).
