Chlorella is a unicellular green microalgae that provides a wide range of essential nutrients. It stands out for its high content of chlorophyll, vitamins (Beta-carotene, B1, B2, B5, B12, Biotin, Niacin, C and E, among others), minerals (sodium, chlorine, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron...), fiber and proteins that can be considered of high biological value, since they are interesting for their high composition of essential amino acids. This makes this seaweed a valuable supplement for our diet.

How to take Chlorella?
