    The quality is very good because it is pure arginine but the taste is horrible. Ha ha ha. Now I know why all brands add all kinds of harmful flavorings to their products. But still, I prefer it. Because I take away the flavorings and the capsules. It is a product for Spartans.

How to take L-arginine powder?

It is recommended to mix 2 level teaspoons daily as needed in at least 8 oz. of juice or water, preferably on an empty stomach.

Precautions

Take this product with at least 8 oz. of water or juice. Only for adults. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women. See your doctor if you take medications (especially antihypertensives, blood thinners, and antidiabetics), have a medical condition (especially asthma or kidney disease), or plan to have surgery.
