Holomega Lactoferrin acts as a preventive against infectious discomfort (viruses, bacteria, fungi or parasites) in healthy people and in occasional infections in people with reduced defenses.

How to take Lactoferrin Holomega?

It is recommended to take 1 hour before or 2 hours after food, to avoid possible interference with certain foods or drinks, or as indicated by a specialist. You can swallow the capsule, with a little water, or dissolve its content in water, milk or juice
