How to take Bilayer tryptophan?

Take 2 tablets a day. One before breakfast and another before lunch or dinner. Take at specific times.

Precautions

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. It should not be consumed by pregnant women, nor by those who are being treated with antidepressants or who suffer from kidney failure.
