Osmosis water, Fruit extract (carob, grape and apple), Fructose, Fructose Royal jelly standardized to 2% 10-HDA, Glutamine, Taurine, Sea water, Branched chain amino acids: Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, Preservative (Potassium sorbate), Aroma, Acidulant (Citric Acid), Pollen Extract.

Royal Jelly 2% 10-HDA (1000 mg), Fruit extract (with Low Glycemic Index sugars, GI=40.6) (2000 mg), Glutamine (200 mg), Taurine (200 mg), Sea water ( 100 mg), Leucine (30 mg), Isoleucine (30 mg), Valine (30 mg), Pollen Extract (10 mg).
