How to take Cartil- CLG?

It is recommended to take, according to needs, one to two capsules before breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Composition of Cartil- CLG

Hydrolyzed collagen, Capsule shell: gelatin, Calcium carbonate, Magnesium oxide, Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Hyaluronic acid, Zinc sulfate, Vitamin E (Acetate DL-alpha-tocopheryl), Vitamin A (retinyl acetate), Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol).

Hydrolyzed collagen (1,350 mg), Calcium (120 mg), Magnesium (56.25 mg), Hyaluronic acid (30 mg), Vitamin aC (40 mg), Vitamin E (6 mg), Vitamin A (400 mcg), Vitamin D (25 mcg), Zinc (5 mg).
