Bacillus coagulans is a type of bacteria. It is used as a "good" bacteria in a similar way to Lactobacillus and other probiotics. This product decreases bloating, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and number of stools in people with diarrhea-predominant IBS.
How to take Bacillus coagulans?
Take one capsule a day with a glass of water, before going to bed.

Inulin mixture, Carrot powder and Bacillus coagulans, Vegetable cellulose capsule, Bulking agent: maltodextrin, Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, silica dioxide.
For 1 capsule:
Mixture of inulin (625 mg), carrot powder and bacillus coagulans (provides 2.5 billion CFU).
