It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day just before bed.

Maitake (Grifola frondosa), Capsule Shell (Cellulose (HPMC)), St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum), Brain Tissue Concentrate, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose (Cellulose Gel)), Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa), monk's pepper (Vitex agnus-castus), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).

For 2 capsules:

• Grifola frondosa (maitake) extract, standardized to minimum 25% polysaccharides: 250 mg
• Hypericum perforatum (hyperic) herba extract standardized to a minimum of 0.3% hypericin: 200 mg
• Cimicifuga racemosa (black cohosh) extract, standardized to a minimum of 2.5% triterpene glycosides, expressed as 27-deoxyactein: 100 mg
• Vitex agnus-castus (monks pepper) extract, standardized to minimum 0.5% agnusides and minimum 0.4% aucubin: 100 mg
• Brain tissue concentrate: 200 mg
