How to take Defined 1A?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet before breakfast, 1 before lunch and one before dinner

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and for a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Do not use in case of pregnancy. Prolonged use can irritate the stomach. Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical consultation.
