It is recommended to pour the powder into a full glass of water, mix well and drink immediately.

Ispaghula integument powder (Plantago ovata F, - 8.3 g/2 sachets), inulin and oligofructose powder (8.3 g/2 sachets), fig powder (Ficus carica L. - 1.6 g/ 2 sachets), acidulant: citric acid, anti-caking agent: sodium bicarbonate, natural aroma, dry extract of elderberry (Sambucus nigra L. - 66 mg/2 sachets).
