Lactate

Description

Lactán is a formula of six nutrients suitable for breastfeeding and that work synergistically. Fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is the backbone of our formula, being a rich source of phytoestrogens that stimulate the production of breast milk.

Suitable for: ovolactovegetarians.

Properties and benefits of Lactate

Fenugreek and fennel help with the production / secretion of breast milk. Fenugreek helps balance the menstrual cycle after childbirth; helps maintain normal blood glucose levels and helps balance fat metabolism. [Healthy claims (EU Regulation No. 432/2012)]

How to take Lactate?

Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules a day.

Precautions

Do not use in case of pregnancy ; if you have an allergy to plants of the Asteraceae / Compositae family (daisies); or if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae (carrot) family. Consult with the professional before using this product in case of diabetes.

Fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum), blessed thistle (Cnicus benedictus) aerial top extract, red raspberry (Rubus idaeus) leaf, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare ssp. Vulgare var. dulce) seed, flowering tops of Red Clover (Trifolium pratense), Burdock Root (Arctium lappa), Anti-caking Agents (Vegetable Magnesium Stearate and Silicon Dioxide), Vegetable Capsule (Glazing Agent: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose; Purified Water)

For 2 capsules:

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) (5:1) 850 mg

Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus) (5:1) 150 mg

Red raspberry (Rubus idaeus) 150 mg

Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare ssp. vulgare var. sweet) 70 mg

Red Clover (Trifolium pratense) 40mg

Burdock (Arctium lappa) 40mg
