How to take Laxma?

Take 1 tablet a day, preferably before going to bed, with a large glass of water.

Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Dry extracts of: Sen (Cassia angustifolia Vahl., leaves), Frangula (Rhamnus frangula L., bark), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill., seed) and Alore vera (ALoe vera barbadensis Mill., sheets); and Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide and Magnesium Stearate).

For 1 tablet:

55 mg Senna dry extract (including 5.5 mg Sennosides B), 25 mg Frangula dry extract (including 3.75 mg Glucofrangulins A), 10 mg Fennel dry extract, 1 mg Aloe vera dry extract.
