How to take Zinc with vitamin C and D?

Slowly dissolve 1 orodispersible tablet in the mouth, after meals. Take at the first sign of discomfort. Take a maximum of 3 orodispersible tablets a day.

Precautions

Excess zinc can cause copper deficiency. Pregnant and lactating women are advised to consult a doctor before using the product. Do not take if you are allergic to aseraceae or if you experience irritation (allergy), stop taking it. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

Composition of Zinc with vitamin C and D

For 1 tablet :

Zinc (gluconate) 10 mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate) 100 mg, Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 2.5 μg, Echinacea root extract (5:1) 8 mg, (Echinacea angustifolia) equivalent to 40 mg of dried plant standardized to 4% echinacosides, Astragalus, root extract (8:1) 1 mg, (Astragalus membranaceus) equivalent to 8 mg of dried plant, Chamomile, flower head extract (4:1) 1 mg, (Matricaria recutita ) equivalent to 4 mg of dry plant, Mint, leaf (Mentha x piperita) 1 mg, Ginger, rhizome (Zingiber officinale) 1 mg.
