Description

Enzym'up is a complex of digestive enzymes that facilitates the digestion of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins.
It also improves the digestion of lactose and fibres, avoiding the feeling of heaviness and allowing the nutrients to be properly digested and assimilated.

Properties and benefits of Enzym'up

It contains a complex of 14 digestive enzymes of vegetable origin among which are alpha-galactosidase which promotes the absorption of complex carbohydrates from food, lactase which helps the digestion of lactose and papain which promotes the digestion of proteins.
-It improves the digestion of carbohydrates including lactose (provides lactase, amylase...).
-Promotes the digestion of lipids (lipases) and proteins (papain, bromelain...).
-Enzymes of non-animal origin, vegetable capsules.
-Improves the digestion of fibres thanks to xylanase and hemicellulase.
-Great ally for bad digestions of FODMAPS.
-It is indicated in: heavy digestions, copious foods and drinks, flatulences, asthenia and fatigue and when there is a bad digestion of foods rich in FODMAPS.

How to take Enzym'up?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day with meals or right after for 4 months.
