Calmadim sleep from Dimefar is a food supplement in bilayer tablets with double action: the first layer is released immediately and helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The lower layer, prolonged release during the night, contains plants with relaxing properties.
How to take Calm our sleep?
It is recommended to take 1 tablet 30 minutes before going to bed.

Composition of Calm our sleep
Melatonin, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B6, Valerian, Passionflower, Lemon Balm, California Poppy.
For 1 tablet:
Melatonin (1.9 mg), Vitamin B3 (16 mg), Vitamin B6 (1.4 mg), Valerian (100 mg) titrated to 0.3% Valeric Acid, Lemon Balm (100 mg) titrated to 2.5% of Rosmarinic Acid, Passionflower (75mg) titrated to 2% Flavonoids, California Poppy (50 mg) titrated to 0.2% Protopin.
