Properties and benefits of Droplet Melatonin

About 25% of children take a long time to fall asleep or get out of bed. Resistance to bedtime is something more than annoying for parents-children who do not sleep well and can have tired behavior, inattention and emotional problems.

The problem comes when the brain does not release the hormone at the right time, and sleep cycles become out of control, such as when jet-lagged. The same is true for children who cannot nap, or at night, get sick, or simply grow out of their regular sleep routines.
This hormone can help children when they have to re-program their circadian sleep rhythms.

How to take Droplet Melatonin?

It is recommended to take 5 drops half an hour before bedtime.

Composition of Droplet Melatonin

Water, Vanilla flavor, Melatonin, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidulant (Citric Acid).

For 5 drops:
Melatonin (0.5mg).
