Properties and benefits of Liquid Melatonin

It is involved in many of the biological functions of the body, brain, and gland, including regulation of normal sleep / wake cycles, regulation of the immune system, and maintenance of a healthy gastrointestinal lining.

How to take Liquid Melatonin?

It is recommended to shake well. Take a quarter teaspoon (20 drops) just before bedtime. Drink it straight or add it to your favorite beverage.

Precautions

For adults only at bedtime. It is not for pregnant or lactating women. May cause drowsiness. Do not use in conjunction with alcoholic beverages, while driving a vehicle or operating machinery. See a doctor if you take medications (especially sedatives and antidepressants) or have a medical condition (including depression, high blood pressure, and epilepsy). Contains alcohol.

Storage conditions

Once opened, keep in a cool (below 25ºC), dry and dark place. Keep out of the reach of children.

Composition of Liquid Melatonin

Other Ingredients:
Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Fructose, Xylitol, Organic Cane Alcohol (6%), Natural Flavors, Potassium Sorbate (as a preservative), Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Lemon Oil (Citrus limon).

For 0.9 ml (approximately 1/4 teaspoon) (20 drops):
Melatonin (3 mg).
