It allows a greater comfort of use and a more exact dosage thanks to the graduated plastic syringe incorporated inside the case._x000D_ Melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to sleep. _x000D_

How to take Melanoctin Drops (Melatonin 1.95 mg) Sublingual?

It is recommended to remove the stopper from the bottle and dose with the help of the supplied syringe. Adults: Take the maximum amount, half an hour before going to sleep. Keep the liquid under the tongue. Children from 3 years: Take the minimum amount.
