How to take Melatonin + ashwanda passionflower and watermelon chamomile?
It is recommended to take 1 stick a day before going to sleep. Dilute the content of 1 stick (3 g) in a glass of water (200 ml). Once mixed, stir vigorously until dissolved.

Maltodextrin, Watermelon aroma, Passionflower dry extract (Pasiflora incarnata, aerial part), Ashwaganda dry extract (Withania somnifera root), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla, flower), Acidity regulator (citric acid), Beet juice concentrate, Melatonin, Sweetener (sucralose).
For 1 stick:
Passionflower dry extract (180 mg) of which vitexin (9 mg), Ashwaganda dry extract (150 mg) of which whitanolides (2.25 mg), Chamomile dry extract (150 mg), Concentrated beetroot extract (100 mg ), Melatonin (1.8 mg).
