How to take Melatonin Biotonin?
Take sublingual Melatonin 15 to 30 minutes before going to bed. Recommended dose: from 0.5 mg to 6 mg per day.
Precautions
A doctor should be consulted before using Melatonin long-term and continuously. Melatonin should be administered exclusively at bedtime. After taking Melatonin, you should not drive a car, operate machinery or carry out any activity that could be impaired by fatigue. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before taking Melatonin. Children, adolescents and young adults should not take Melatonin without medical supervision.
