Melatonin Biotonin from Eurohealth is a food supplement in sublingual tablet format, based on melatonin and vitamins indicated to regulate sleep and wake cycles.

How to take Melatonin Biotonin?

Take sublingual Melatonin 15 to 30 minutes before going to bed. Recommended dose: from 0.5 mg to 6 mg per day.

Precautions

A doctor should be consulted before using Melatonin long-term and continuously. Melatonin should be administered exclusively at bedtime. After taking Melatonin, you should not drive a car, operate machinery or carry out any activity that could be impaired by fatigue. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before taking Melatonin. Children, adolescents and young adults should not take Melatonin without medical supervision.

Composition of Melatonin Biotonin

Melatonin, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCL) on a base of Mannitol, Sorbitol and Dicalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate.
